King's Scout Award

The King’s Scout Award is the highest honour a young person can achieve in Scouting, recognising those who show exceptional dedication, leadership, and service within the movement. It is earned by Explorer Scouts and Scout Network members who go above and beyond in living out the values of Scouting, demonstrating commitment through long-term volunteering, outdoor challenge, personal development, and active participation in their section. A King’s Scout is someone who consistently leads by example, takes initiative, and embraces every opportunity to develop themselves and support others. Completing the award shows a deep commitment to Scouting and is a true mark of a well-rounded, determined, and community-minded individual.
